We are proud to show you our dream, our production space and store - filled with high quality meat, cheeses and international groceries. We produce all of our products on-site and we offer a wide variety of sausages and much more. We have approximately 25 different chorizos from 15 different countries.
We do not use artificial ingredients or fillers!

"I got started in sausage making when I was 12 years old. When I came to Canada from Hungary in my early twenties I start working for a sausage kitchen in Oyama, Okanagan Sausage. It is there that I developed a passion for sausage making.
I transitioned to a European store in Salmon Arm where I was allowed to use some of my own recipes to complete a variety of products. But I (we) wanted more...and when we got the opportunity to buy the sausage making equipment from a feller in Vernon, we went for it!"
